Getting help doesn't have to be complicated!  While many consultants have complex rate cards for individual installation tasks or lots of hidden charges (like travel fees), our pricing and policies are very simple, so you know what you'll pay:

• Free telephone consultations and estimates
• Simple, low hourly rate billed in 30 minute increments
• Minimum 1 hour charge
• No travel fees within most of Northern VA and DC (see below)
• Payment due at time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance

For small businesses and organizations:

We provide both project-oriented services as well as a premium flat-rate monthly maintenance offering, which includes:

• Regularly-scheduled office visits
• Proactive, preventative maintenance
• Security monitoring
• Remote control troubleshooting
• Complete documentation and regular status reports
• Hardware and software lifecycle management

We work with a wide variety of technologies

Including (but not limited to):
